Invitation for Proposals for Depository Services

NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
FOR DEPOSITORY SERVICES
HARRISON COUNTY UTILITY AUTHORITY
The Harrison County Utility Authority (“HCUA”) is requesting proposals for depository services from qualified financial institutions within Harrison County. The documents may be examined and/or obtained from HCUA’s electronic bidding service provider, Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com. The documents may also be examined at HCUA, located at 10271 Express Drive, Gulfport, MS 39503.
Proposals must include the following:
- Depository Proposal Form
- State of Mississippi Collateral Requirements Certification
- A brief description of the system hardware required of the customer for utilization of bank’s on-line (Internet) banking software.
Proposals shall be submitted electronically through Central Bidding, mailed to the address above, or hand delivered to same address. All proposals must be on file with HCUA prior to 10:00 a.m. September 13, 2024, and must be sealed in an envelope that is clearly marked “Proposal for HCUA Depository Services -- To Be Opened September 13, 2024." Proposals will be opened in the HCUA board meeting room, 10271 Express Drive, Gulfport, MS 39503. All proposals will be referred to the Selection Committee for review and grading
